The UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) published its annual report Monday to mark World Refugee Day and the reality is grim: A record 65.3 million people have been forced from their homes as of the end of 2015. UNHCR chief Filippo Grandi hopes the figures will act as a wake-up call. "If you don’t solve problems at the root, the problems will come to you," he told FRANCE 24's Marc Perelman.
