Sicilian port of Pozzalo to become 'hotspot' to register migrants

By the end of the year, the Sicilian port of Pozzalo will become a "hotspot", a new registration centre where European civil servants will assist the Italian authorities. The objective is to determine the origin and identity of every migrant. Our correspondent in Italy reports.
